Returns: Our employees will do the best they can to help you decide the best fit for your trailer needs. Although, it is ultimately the customers decision for the parts that are ordered. If the incorrect parts are ordered, they can be returned within 30 days. The customer is fully responsible to pay all return costs. If there is any damage to the items returned, the customer will not get credit back for that specific part. The invoice (original or copy) must be with ALL the returned items. There will be a 20% restocking charge for the returned items.
